See Matt Kairl kick off the live entertainment at 12:10pm on the main stage! He is a talented 22 year old singer and guitarist, playing music since he was 6 years old and performing live since age 13.

His list of influences range right from classic bands and artists such as The Beatles and Eric Clapton through to more contemporary music including Amy Winehouse, Jack Johnson and The Weekend. This wide taste has formed Matt into a multifaceted performer, playing a variety of styles.

Alex Kosenko is a talented 17-year-old multi-instrumentalist from Brisbane. He will hit the Cleanaway Main Stage at 1:00 pm.

He combines the unique sound of Australian folk blues with the sounds of a kick drum, tambourine, didgeridoo, harmonica, cigar box guitar and acoustic rock guitar. Plus, his vocals make every listener longing for more!

At 15yrs of age, this young lady has a passion for all things music, particularly songwriting and musical theatre.

After winning the Homestead Youth Expo last year, Sophie is very excited to be attending the Junior Academy of Country music in Tamworth this July where she will learn about the music industry and be mentored by artists and songwriters.

The Mirror Keys are a funk-soul band. Ginger Mendoza’s dynamic vocals offer classic motown tones over an incredibly tight, rhythm section.

The Mirror Keys only formed last year, but have already released their first EP, “Money”, and film clip. Lets hope they perform their new hit live on the Cleanaway Main Stage at Hills Carnivale.

Taleena Peck, a talented singer-songwriter and musician will be performing on the Cleanaway Main Stage at 5:00pm. Unwilling to confine herself to one particular genre, this songstress' style has an alternative edge that spans from folk to indie, pop and country pop.

After teaching herself guitar at the age of 14, she hasn't looked back. Taleena's reputation for writing authentic and unapologetic lyrics makes for a captivating performance every time.

This energetic trio act will have you up and dancing in no time. Good vibes, joyful music and entertainment the whole family can enjoy. With a mix of Rnb, pop and blues this is a world class act with an infectious groove.

All musicians on stage are individually masters of their respected instrument working full time as professional musicians within Brisbane and abroad. They are all very excited to heighten the atmosphere at Hills Carnivale.
