Hills Carnivale has got the live music for you

After four incredible weeks of events as part of the Hills Festival, the celebrations are ready to wrap up- but not without a final fiesta to top them all!

Sending Hills Festival out in style, the annual Hills Carnivale takes place on May 27 at George Wilmore Park, and is a free fiesta of fun, food and family entertainment for all ages. If your family loves live music, you’ll find the most talented live performers in our beautiful region at the Cleanaway Main Stage.

Fireworks Finale - 7.30PM

 Hills Carnivale will finish with a bang at 7.30pm. Look up to see a spectacular fireworks display light the night sky and bring the night to a dazzling end.


Kent Tonscheck - 2.10pm

 Australian born singer songwriter Kent Tonscheck is definitely one to watch. This new talent delivers vibrant pop rock performances- and is inspired by Ed Sheeran, Vance Joy and Passenger. Kent has even taken his voice as far as the USA, as Runner-Up solo vocalist at a rising talent showcase in Florida.


Pocketlove - 6.20pm

 What do you get when you combine angelic horns, searing guitars and party anthems? The Pocketlove experience of course! Brisbane based band Pocketlove bring energy to the stage with live funky music and rhythms that will sweep you up and on to your feet.



Johanna & Jayden - 1.10pm

 Hailing from Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, this musical duo fuse acoustic-blues with vibrant, cheery music styles and heartfelt lyrics. If you love the likes of Missy Higgins and Ed Sheeran you’ll be sure to enjoy their natural performances.


Sam Hattersley - 12.10pm

 Indie, pop-rock tunes? Check. Acoustic guitar? Check. Soulful harmonies? Check. Sam Hattersley will kick off the main stage entertainment in a show of true talent. Inspired by Pete Murray, Hack Johnson and Cat Stevens, these vocals are bound to impress!


Fieu - 3.10pm

 She’s topped Triple J Unearthed Charts and had her tunes on national radio, for good reason! Pronounced “Fee-yoo” meaning ‘heat’ or ‘fire’ , Fieu is the alias of alternative pop artist Emily Brewis. See her bring the heat with strong vocals and hypnotizing keyboard synths and electric guitars.


The Fergies - 4.10pm

 The Fergies are not only an award winning band, they’re also family. These talented siblings perform a mixture of folk, rock and soul, as influenced by Amy Winehouse, Fleetwood Mac, Elton John and John Mayer. Incredible tunes and a sound that’ll stop you in your tracks, don’t miss this electrifying five piece and their original music.



Dave Orr Band - 5.10pm

 Old school classic blues is an art, and Dave Orr is a master. A fixture on the Brisbane music scene, Dave Orr is a singer songwriter who lives and breathes blues- and amazes with his raw blues guitar in hand.
