Park Life Drawing: Libertina Darling

Park Life Drawing: Libertina Darling
Sun 23 May 9am-11:30am

We’ve partnered with Bunya House to deliver a drawing class in May as part of the Hill’s Festival.

A relaxed and creative morning drawing circus performer, Libertina Darling under the trees at Bunya Crossing Reserve.

Libertina will hold an array of poses so you can capture her amidst the action!

This session is open to people 12 and older, and is a lovely way to spend some creatively nurturing time with your young ones.

The sessions are led by artist Rachel Apelt and are suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced artists. Beginners will be supported and encouraged with tips and tuition.

An A4 sketchbook and basic drawing materials are provided, and you get to keep them, to encourage you to keep drawing! Feel free to bring your own favourite materials, and be aware anything larger than A3 is a challenge to draw on if you are seated in a picnic chair, so if you want to draw large, please bring a drawing board and your own paper.

This session is generously supported by a Moreton Bay Regional Council community grant.
